Policies

You cannot change an order once you have placed it. If there is an error, you must call us to cancel the order and place it again.

You must cancel an order within the first 24 hours after it is placed. To cancel your order, call Customer Support at 713-501-5058.

Terms

We will make every effort to get you your crawfish on-time. There maybe times that road conditions and weather may cause delivery problems. In this case we will contact you 48 hours before your delivery date to inform you of any problems.
